From Custom Design to Container Shipment: Our Complete Production Journey for Aluminum Pergolas
1. Custom Design & Technical Rendering

We first turn your project dimensions and requirements into detailed 3D drawings and structural renderings.
All sizes, frame layout and louver structure are marked clearly for your confirmation before production.
The renderings are for reference only. The actual product will be based on the order and production.
2. Precision Fabrication in Workshop

Once drawings are approved, our production team cuts and processes every aluminum profile on automated lines.
We strictly control surface wood-grain finish, structural strength and fitting tolerance for the adjustable louver system.
3. Pre-Assembly & Inspection (Critical Step)

This is one of our biggest advantages: full pre-assembly test inside our factory.
Workers assemble the louver blades, hinges and connection hardware piece by piece.
We check every joint, test louver opening & closing function, and fix any fit issue before packing.
Pre-assembly testing greatly reduces installation trouble for your local team overseas.
- Protective Wrapping & Export Packaging

After passing inspection, all profiles and components are wrapped separately with protective film.
Labeling is added for easy sorting when you receive the cargo.
Large assemblies are packed into heavy-duty solid wooden crates, built specially for long ocean transit to avoid scratches and impact damage.
5. Container Loading & Shipment

Finally, we load crates and packaged profiles neatly into the shipping container.
We secure all cargo properly to prevent shifting during sea transport.
From our factory floor straight to your destination port, we track the shipment until departure.
We don’t just supply pergola parts. We deliver a fully verified, ready-to-install custom solution for your residential and commercial outdoor projects.
